Terms of participation

These terms apply to applications made through this website. Full participation terms, including pricing, payment schedule and cancellation provisions, are issued to approved applicants before any payment is requested.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create a contract, reserve a place or oblige either party to proceed. Applications are assessed for fit with the programme.

Reservation deposit

The A$1,000 reservation deposit secures a place in the 2026 cohort once an application has been approved. It is a reservation deposit, not the full programme fee. Full programme pricing, the payment schedule and participation terms are provided to approved applicants before any payment is made.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy is being finalised. Final terms will be provided to approved applicants before payment.

Programme changes

Itinerary elements, hosts, venues and locations may change for operational, regulatory or safety reasons. Where a change occurs, an equivalent alternative is sought.

Travel requirements

Participants are responsible for their own passports, visas, insurance and travel arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise in the participation terms.
